Today, we propose you a meeting with Cédric, manager of NUMERIBAT, a company specialized in environment scanning and digital twins creation.
What if we created your digital twin?
NUMERIBAT is the story of a company takeover by Cédric Roch, in 2022! After more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Cédric chose to take the path of entrepreneurship with an ambitious project. He bought NUMERIBAT, a company created in 2018 by Jean-Yves Olivier, specializing in 3D scanning of all types of environments. Cédric’s project then aims to achieve the existing services with a new skill of creating digital twins of factories. The objective: to propose a specialized offer based on the company’s historical activity (building) and combine it with solid expertise in the world of industry.
NUMERIBAT, your partner for the digital transition of your buildings and industries of the future!
NUMERIBAT, based in Bretagne, operates in the west of France and is mainly aimed at project managers, architects, local authorities, and manufacturers. Its offer of services is declined on 4 entries: the digitalization of buildings, the 3D survey for the industry, the 3D modeling & BIM model, and the creation of digital twins for projects related to the industry of the future.
This skill was integrated by Cedric when he bought NUMERIBAT. The creation of a digital twin consists in reproducing a virtual factory through software such as INVENTOR, SOLIDWORKS, FACTORY, NAVISWORKS … From this digital model, it is possible to extract all kinds of plans, make virtual visits, or to project the integration of new equipment. An accurate strategic tool for decision-making!
“A project NUMERIBAT is proud of? Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglo commissioned us to carry out the 3D digitization of its AQUABAIE aquatic complex, in partnership with Katem 3D, a REVIT designer. The scanning phase required 725 scanning stations, for a total area of 9300m2 on 3 levels, including the “bowels” of the pool. As for the modeling, it was carried out thanks to 3300 objects as diverse as curtain walls, railings, slides…”

“I love the quote that says that alone we go fast, but with many, we go far” says Cedric. This philosophy is one of the reasons why NUMERIBAT has chosen to join our association reality capture RCA 3D.
“We are at the beginning of a digital revolution and our profession will become more democratic. RCA 3D allows us to exchange on common issues. The association also gives us good visibility and reinforces our image as reality capture experts.
