The adventure of BIM Concept was born from a beautiful meeting between Jean-Michel ALBERTINI, manager of ADE and Jérémy PAROT engineer. In the field of real estate diagnosis for more than 10 years, Jean-Michel quickly wanted to diversify his activity, with the intuition that the digitization of information for the building industry would continue to accelerate. In 2019, he decided to invest in a FARO 3D laser scanner to position himself in the 3D survey market. The meeting between Jérémy and Jean-Michel was obvious: the two personalities were driven by the same passion for the profession and a strong taste for entrepreneurship.
The BIM CONCEPT project is coming to life in the midst of a lockdown as a new integrated brand within ADE. Jérémy, an expert in plans and electrical networks, an engineer by training, is 100% committed to this new adventure by following training in the use of the scanner and its dedicated software. Through exchanges and projects, he develops real know-how around 3D capture and modeling. Jean-Michel & Jérémy’s combined expertise in real estate and BTP is today a real differentiating asset allowing them to be a force of proposal and advice on the development of their customer projects.

The services offered by BIM CONCEPT range from the simple 3D survey of the existing asset in the form of a point cloud, to the creation of 2d plans and sections, to the realization of digital models and 3D modelling.

Thanks to a high precision scanner, BIM Concept measures in a very fast time all the dimensions and volumes of your sites, inside and outside: buildings, facades, installations, monuments, environment, production lines, claims, accident scenes etc. Located in the Corsican territory, the brand is aimed at different audiences: building professionals to estimate or carry out works via precise plans, owners to negotiate works, to professionals of built heritage or archaeological sites for the preservation and accurate digitization of the existing, and many others!
